1. Every commission takes individual times and that will be discussed with customers in the beginning and before the piece is collected.

2. Every piece must be delivered and collect it from me (SM3 9NE) unless other arrangements are made. Collection and delivery could be arranged at charge with delivery companies.

3. Deliveries are made to buyer front door. Please make sure there is someone to help you carry the piece/pieces inside your home.

4. Please MEASURE all entry ways and access points to ensure that your furniture will fit in designated space.

REFUNDS will not be given if an item doesn't fit or arrangements weren't made by the customer to lift furniture into home.

5. Price is individual for every piece and depends on measurements, damage, what kind of repair needs to be done on it and the desired design.

6. Deposit of £100 MUST be paid when invoice is issued. The remaining balance is paid on the day of the collection / delivery and a day before the delivery for National deliveries.

As with all refurbished items, each piece of furniture will show signs of its previous life. This adds to its charm and character. Each piece of furniture is second hand and has had honest repairs, painted by hand consequently brush marks might be visible upon inspection.
